Let’s Do It! World Gamification ground workshop
The purpose of the Gamification workshop is to gather preliminary user experience and behavior data of selected countries and generate standard methods for other countries and their leaders to enable playful and rewarding cooperation within Let’s do it movement and activities.

Successful workshop results in:
- Toolkit for country leaders to form similar workshops and collect data in their country
- Create persona model what to use – draft to countries who are not attending so they can send out questionnaire to figure out their personas
- Online model of this gamification workshop
- Refined personas to start working on game design
- Virtual personas, in time the persona profile has to change
- Understanding of communication channels and feedback mechanisms
- Understanding of challenges
- Selection of possible rewards
- Understanding of Win states and metrics
- List of desired user actions needed
- Analyse the results -> Game design first phase or first game to e.g country leaders
